How Do I Book a Home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at (800) 800-6282 and a reservationist will be glad to assist you.

Is Booking Online Secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you book our properties.  We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required

Q: What Time is Check-in / Check-out?
A: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

Q: Where is Your Office Located?
A: 6984 Hwy 89, Graeagle, CA 96103. Our office is located at the entrance of the Graeagle Meadows development approximately 1/4 mile south of the Graeagle village.
From the Bay area/Sacramento: Head east on Interstate 80 and proceed north at Truckee on Hwy 89 approximately 45 minutes. We are the first entrance past the Graeagle Meadows Golf Course.
From the Reno area: Travel north on Hwy 395 and exit on Hwy 70. Continue for approximately 30 minutes and turn left at Hwy 89. Continue through the Graeagle village and our rental office is located just south of the Graeagle village.


Q: Where Do We Check-in?
A: We have keyless entry. A week before your arrival, you will receive an email with your code for the keypad to gain entry and also your balance. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing, balance will be charged at check-in date with credit card on file. 
Maps are outside office on right side of door.

Q: What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to Guest check-in date will receive a refund of deposit less a $75 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival date, you forfeit your full $300 deposit.

Q: Do You Allow Pets in Your Homes?
A: Some of our rental homes are pet friendly. Please call us directly to see if a pet-friendly property is available for your rental dates. There is a $75 pet fee. There is a no-pet policy in Graeagle Meadows development.

Q: We're Planning a Family Reunion for 20 People, Do You Have Someplace for Us?
A: We don't have one home that will fit more than 6, but we do have many options for family reunions. Many of our rental homes and condos are located very close together. Your party can reserve a few and use one as the central gathering place.

Q: Can I Get an Early Check-in and Late Check-out?
A: We may be able to accommodate an early check-in; however, it must be arranged in advance with our office and cannot be guaranteed. Contact the office directly for details.

Q: What Amenities are Provided for Us at Our Vacation Rental?
A: Guest is renting a privately-owned, fully-furnished home that has been decorated and equipped to satisfy the particular taste and desires of the owner. Towels and linens are provided and the kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation and serving including glasses, mugs, utensils, tableware, serving and baking dishes, and cookware. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and laundry detergent is provided along with all paper products.

Q: Are Barbecues Provided in the Vacation Homes?
All properties offer a propane barbecue grill as an amenity. We will provide propane for the gas grills – please let us know if you run low during your stay. 

Q: What Kind of Parking will be Available at My Vacation Rental?
A: All properties include 2 parking spaces

Q: Do all Properties have a Washer and Dryer in the Home?
A: All properties have a washer/dryer in the home.

Q: What are the check-out procedures?
A:
- Place all trash in the proper receptacles. Do not leave trash outside as it will attract wild animals.
- Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it.

- If furnishings have been rearranged or moved, please return it to its original location before departing.
- Summer Season -- turn off all thermostats
- Winter Season - turn all thermostats to 50 degrees
- Turn off all inside and outside lights as well as ceiling fans
- Lock and secure windows and doors
- Please ensure that the BBQ along with the utensils have been left clean
- Place all used towels next to the washing machine
- Pull comforter/quilt back on all beds that have been used
- Remove all food from the refrigerator
- Return ANY items that have been moved to another rental
- Make sure you have not left any personal items in the property
- Return all keys to the Graeagle Meadows Rental Office and...
